We're a small team across Geneva, New York and remote, building alongside the desks that use us. You won't be polishing pixels for an unknown user - you'll sit with traders, ops, risk and finance, and ship what makes their day shorter. The pace is fast. You'll need to be independent, a problem solver, and comfortable building without a playbook.
You've spent time on a physical oil desk - crude or products. You know the cargoes, the laycans, the routes, the brokers, the counterparties, and where real intel comes from. We need your understanding to build the product with us: telling us what a desk needs to see, when, and why it matters.
You know the physical gold market from the inside - refiners, vaults, central banks, miners, the flows between Zurich, London, Dubai and Singapore. You understand where information lives in this market and where it lags. You'll bring that intelligence into Mentriva and help us shape what the product watches.
You've worked on a physical desk in another commodity - grains, metals, gas, power, softs, freight. You understand how your market really runs: the chains, the bottlenecks, the people, the signals that matter. You'll help us shape the product around the way real desks operate.
